A therapeutic massage session could include Swedish, Deep tissue, Fascial work, guasha, and remedial exercises to promote a decrease in pain and increase in range of motion and healthy functioning of the body.

60 min Therapeutic Massage

a slightly longer session to allow for working with a specific complaint or for integrating the whole body.

90 minute therapeutic massage

a luxury therapeutic massage incorporating multiple technique options and allowing time for more complex cases

120 minute therapeutic massage

Add on the use of Hot stones in your 60 or 90 minute massage. This service is not billable to insurance so the add on price must be paid separately by the client.

A therapeutic session based on Alexander Lowen's Bioenergetic Analysis principles and practices. Ailsa has completed a 4 year training program in Bioenergetics Analysis.

Bioenergetic Analysis based coaching session

Body Poetry and art is a revolutionary therapeutic tool designed to illuminate unknown and unspoken parts of the self via spontaneously emerging poetry or artwork.

Body Soul Poetry session

A full body, hands on session to help you attune to the season according to the lunar cycles. 

Sessions may include sound healing, intuitive guidance, theta healing or crystals to enhance the experience

Seasonal Bodywork

A 60 minute session in person at Our Celtic Hearth or video chat session that lets you work one on one from the comfort of your own home. Work with me on relationship or sexuality goals, creating healthy boundaries, building confidence, connecting with what you want and learning how to ask for it. Defining what pleasure is for you, and how to bring more of it into your life.

60 minute Somatic  Education coaching session

Book a personal coaching or bodywork session with me to dive more deeply into the somatic exercises. These sessions may include but are not limited to the following:

for practitioners looking for a more in depth discussion of a particular case or patient and wanting to talk through treatment goals and plans. This could also be someone wanting to create or offer a course and needing guidance and coaching.

60 minute mentoring

a gentle class designed to help with functional and easy movement. Subtly strengthen and stretch your body while becoming more aware of how to move more ease-fully.

Functional movement class with Ailsa

A slow and deliberate yoga class focussing on specific postures and alignment. Suitable for all levels.

Hatha Yoga with Ailsa

A slow class based on the Fascial system and stretching for increased flexibility in both mind and body. Perfect for winding down on a Sunday evening

Yin Yoga

A slow, restorative yoga class designed to help you relax and let go of chronic tension. Suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

A slow and gentle introduction to basic yoga poses and correct alignment to begin your practice with knowledge and injury prevention

Beginners Hatha Yoga - Gentle

A moderately paced class to get your heart rate up and provide a good cardio workout. There will be 20-30 mins of cardio step and 10-15 mins of strengthening included in this class. It is recommended that you speak with Ailsa if you are new to classes or not sure if this class is for you.

Step Aerobics Class

A deep dive into the fascial connections in your body. Each month we will focus on specific fascial lines to improve strength, flow and connection. $25 drop in

Join our very own published author, Ailsa, for a casual but fun writing group on Friday mornings. Bring your journal or device and a willingness to discover your creativity. We will work with a topic each class and on our own writing projects. This class may function as an additional practice time for the Monday online 'Writing your Heart out' class. Suggested donation for this class is $10
